Thank you for supporting and celebrating original art. This Angel Policy sets out how my artwork and prints may be used. By purchasing from Ellem Art, you agree to respect these guidelines.

💛 Permitted Uses

  • You may purchase and display Ellem Art prints and originals for personal enjoyment.
  • You may gift purchased prints or originals to others.
  • You may resell a physical original or print that you’ve purchased (e.g., as a second-hand item), provided it is not altered, reproduced, or mass-produced in any way.

🚫 Restricted & Prohibited Uses

  • You may not reproduce, copy, scan, or distribute my artwork in any form (including digital or printed duplication).
  • You may not modify, trace, or create derivative works based on my art for resale or distribution.
  • You may not use my artwork for commercial products, branding, advertising, or promotional materials without written permission.
  • You may not upload or distribute my work online in a way that suggests it is your own. If sharing a photo of purchased prints on social media, please give clear credit to Ellem Art.
  • You may not use my art to create merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, stationery, signage, or similar) without a formal commercial license.
  • You may not mint, list, or sell any of my artwork as NFTs or use it for AI-generated content.
